- About 1 kg or 2/3 pounds of organic lamb marrow bones.
- 60 ml or a ¼ cup of extra virgin coconut oil.
- 2 liters or about 8 cups pure filtered water.
- 3 pieces of garlic cloves.

- 2 stalks of organic celery cut into large pieces.
- 1 large onion peeled and cut in the quarter.
